Day 1: Arrival in Paro Airport & transfer to Thimphu

Bhutan tour-4 days starts with your arrival in Paro followed by your meeting with our representative in Paro Airport. Our representative will help you collect your luggage after which you will head towards the capital of Bhutan-Thimphu. In Thimphu, you can go on exploring some local popular places like Tashichho Dzong, etc. Overnight stay at a hotel in Thimphu.

Day 2: Full day sightseeing in Thimphu and drive back to Paro

After a delicious breakfast, we will set off on a thrilling exploration tour of Thimphu. We will pay a visit to the rather acknowledged National Institute of Traditional Medicine, Memorial Chorten, national library, Handicraft Emporium, handmade paper factory, etc. These places represent the cultural heritage and uniqueness of Thimphu and Bhutan. After our lunch and exploring Thimphu some more, we will head back towards Paro where we will stay this and the next night.

Day 3: Full day sightseeing in Paro; Hike to Tiger’s nest

Tiger’s Nest also called Taktsang monastery is one of the most popular tourist destinations and landmarks of Bhutan. There’s a legend that Guru Rinpoche arrived in this place sitting in the back of Tiger and meditated in the monastery. You will see that this monastery is located on a cliff and it provides spectacular views of Paro valley. We will also visit some other places in Paro like Paro Rinpung Dzong (fortress), School of Traditional Painting of Arts and Crafts, etc. The beauty and serenity that you will witness in Paro, Bhutan will spell-bind you have given it soul-searing aspects.

Day 4: Final departure from Paro

You will be escorted to the Paro International Airport and you can fly to your next destination or home from there.

Best time for Bhutan Tour

Generally, the Autumn season and spring season are considered the best time for Bhutan tours because of good weather, clear skies, sharp views, etc. Spring season also bestows one with the views of blossoming rhododendron and other colorful flowers. January and February are a bit colder in Bhutan. The clear skies, fresh air, and sharp views make October, November, and December the ideal time for visiting Bhutan.
