Annapurna View Trek

Overview

As the name suggests, the Annapurna View Trek takes place amidst the Annapurna mountain range in central Nepal. Annapurna Range is one of the most majestic and enchanting mountain ranges in the world. Mount Annapurna itself is the 10th highest peak and goes almost to the height of 8,091 meters above sea level. The beautiful striking mountain scenery makes the experience absolutely out of this world. It is definitely a paradise for hikers.

In addition, Nepal is known for having the largest concentration of elevation changes in the world as it changes from just 60 meters above sea level to a whopping 8,848 meters. This contributes to the enormous variation in climatic conditions, varying from arctic cold to tropical hot.

The Annapurna View Point Trek is often referred to as the Ghorepani / Poonhill Trek or the Sunrise Trek. It is so named because as you walk about 45 minutes from Ghorepani early in the morning, you get the best view of the rising sun over the Annapurna Range.

This Annapurna View Trek is short but is considered one of the lofty mountain viewpoint in the world and one of the most amazing routes in the Himalayas. Plus, this trek is best for a beginner to get grip on the scene.
