Overview

Mardi Himal Trek of Annapurna region takes you to the base of Mardi Himal, as you also witness the imposing Mount Annapurna( 8091 meters), Mardi Himal (5587 meters), and Machhapuchhre (6993 meters) up-close. This gem of Annapurna sanctuary is a bit less popular compared to other famous treks of Nepal like Annapurna Base Camp Trek or Everest Base Camp Trek. However, it is just as appealing and filled with possibilities, natural splendor and adventure.

This trek is felicitous for those adventure enthusiasts who prefer to trek in solace without crowds. Also called Eco-trek, Mardi Himal trekking is still very pristine. Thus, more than often, trekkers feel like the trek route is just being revealed. This untouched trek drags you to the utter wilderness of nature as your mind and soul gets rejuvenated by the charm of the Mardi Himal trekking route.  Among countless scenery and panoramas, the mountain range of Annapurna region like Annapurna massif (I-IV), Fishtail (6993 meters), Lamjung Himal (6972 meters), Mardi Himal (5587 meters), Hiuchuli etcetera are among the few.

This trek commences from Pokhara and as it progresses to the base camp of Mardi Himal, you will trek past different villages, hills, rivers, valleys, lush forests, different ethnic settlements, mountain panoramas, and authentic tea houses. A little piece of advice- pick the trekking season wisely, maintain your physical game, and so on short hikes.
